By accessing our website, visiting our showroom, or placing an order with Ultra Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

All prices listed are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

• An order is confirmed only after we verify stock and payment/delivery details.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
• Bulk/corporate orders may be subject to separate quotations and terms.

We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, and major credit/debit cards, along with EMI plans through our 29 partner banks. See our Payment Terms page for full details.

All products sold by Ultra Technology carry the manufacturer's official warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page. Warranty claims are processed through our RMA & Service Center and are subject to the manufacturer's terms, including proof of purchase and physical inspection of the product.

Ultra Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from us, beyond the remedies provided under the applicable manufacturer warranty.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
